A problem has been identified with your MobiControl environment. SOTI services are not available at present.
How can I get pass this error ? From the server itself, I'm able to telnet to the required SOTI services via port 443.
What are the version and build numbers of your MobiControl server?
Which particular FQDN's did you test with telnet?
This error is not about the services not accessible on the server.
Your Server cant reach sotis own hosted resourced i.e. agents, antivirus definitions etc.
