We are unable to open the MobiControl Administration Utility and are receiving the following error.
Has anyone had this issue before and maybe knows what the cause can been?
We checked the event viewer but can't find anything.

C:\ProgramData\SOTI\MCAdmin.log
Can be might Differnt named, that is with 2025.0.0
Hi, i see this error in my systems when the connection to the SQL database is not working anymore. So far, it only occured when we migrated the database or the SQL Instance to another host or cluster. I just re-run the installer to fix it.

It's most probably because of SQL related issues, you may test to connect your SQL server by using same credentials that is used on MobiControl.
You may also see more details related to SQL Server connection on eventviewer log as well. As soon as SQL server is being fixed, you should open here well (if there is no change on SQL endpoint, username/password).
