    Error when trying to add an App from Google play for work

    I have started testing Android Enterprise.  We have server version 13.4.0.4339 I have added the Android for work Enterprise Bindings. I then logged into https://play.google.com/work/app and approved a couple apps When trying to add these approved apps to a new Application Catalog Rule, I get the below error: Am I missing a step to createing this for my Enterprise devices?
