After configuring Kiosk mode using Android+ in Samsung, I'm getting error "Package not found" while trying to add Phone app using Launch://com.samsung.android.incallui Pls. help.
Hell all, we work with soti mobi control in version => 13.3.0.3454 on our device under android we have the soti agent in version =>13.3.2 build 1034 In one of my profile, under configuration tab / restriction / phone call i have two number that we authorize. Now, i'd like to disable some special number as this : - *#06# => give the emie of the device - *#*#4636#*#* => retrieve information about phone and wifi :) for to do that, i edit the profile go to configuration tab / restriction / phone call Click new => add a name => INVALID COMMAND NUMBER as sample Click button add => *#06# But the character # is never save ... Have you an idea about how i can block these special command ? Thanks for all suggestion and your time christophe
I have created a Lockdown screen for Android, but i am unable to get the phone app working; i have tried setting it to Launch various phone apps com.android.server.telecom, com.samsung.android.incallui, com.android.phone but i always get the package unavailable message; if you go via the contacts however you can dial out and you can also dial out via bluetooth and the phone will still receive incoming calls. I'm running Mobicontrol 14.0, and the phone is Samsung SM-A520F Android 8.0 with agent version 13.5.0 build 1327 (ELM)
