    Multiple entries for same IMEI & Serial Number Solved

    On MobiControl console, when I searched for a device using IMEI, I can see 2 devices. When I queried database, it also shows 2 records for same IMEI. Only difference is in DeviceId column value. I've that device & there is no MobiControl installed on it. It is factory reset device which I got from another department.  What possibly wrong could have happened in this case? My understanding was while enrolling device on SOTI, it does check if similar device(by comparing IMEI/Serial Number) is already enrolled or not. Is my understanding correct?
