Hello, I have been working with the new WiFi only, Verizon and ATT Samsung Tab A models/devices. Both the WiFi Only and Verizon models received their firmware updates (2108-11-01 & 2018-10-01) and the remote control functionality works with SoTi afterwards. On the ATT T387AA, i preformed all the available updates and verified on ATT website that it has the most recent version (Android Security Patch Level 2018-12-01). The remote control function is still not working using Android Plus or Enterprise, Web based or Plugin. I found another post referencing the issue and was advised to perform the updates but it is still not working.
