Hi there we want to enroll Zebra TC51 as AE Fully Managed Devices. But when device is enrolled there's a always coming an action: On our Nokia devices it isn't. Hello, We have the TC51 HC with Android Nougat currently in use. The Agent (13.6) is running without any problems. Now, I tested Android Oreo on one device (after update and factory reset) and I got the error message "This device agent is incompatible with your device". I tried the latest OEM agent from the SOTI website, but I'm unable to start the agent. Does anyone happen to run the agent on Oreo? best regards Oliver
