Is there a way to see Video statistics from a video uploaded into an app we have created in SOTI Snap. We are looking to see how many times a video has been viewed from our SOTI Snap users
Hi everyone, I'm working on an application using Snap that involves scanning QR codes. The goal is to check if a scanned QR code matches a predefined value and then use that value to update a global variable via a textbox. This approach is working well on iOS, but I'm encountering an issue on Android where the scanned value seems to reset before it can be applied to the textbox. Does anyone have suggestions on how to address this problem? I suspect it might be related to how barcode scanning and data handling differ between iOS and Android. Here are the steps I've taken so far: Checked the settings of the barcode widget, especially on Android, to ensure they are configured correctly. Experimented with introducing a small delay (e.g., a few hundred milliseconds) after scanning the barcode before setting the textbox value. Used debugging techniques to track the value of the scanned barcode at different stages of the application's workflow. Reviewed event handling to ensure that barcode scanning events are properly sequenced and handled. I would appreciate any insights or suggestions from those who have experience with barcode scanning and app development on Android. Thank you!
Hi, I am trying to read data from the device with the new Mobicontrol blocks in blockly. For example, I would like to read out the device ID or a custom attribute of the device and use it in the SNAP app. But it doesn't work as expected. No ID is displayed in the text field and also no error is displayed. The script part does not seem to be executed at all. Unfortunately, the SOTI help page does not provide any further information on the new blocks. Best regards Steffen
Hi, is there a way to use the signature widget in portrait mode? By default the widget rotates the screen automatically to landscape mode, when activating the widget. Best Regards Steffen
Have any of you ever connected a SharePoint list to SOTI SNAP via Rest API? I have the following in mind:- Data is collected in various widgets in a SNAP APP.- After sending the data, it is to be synchronised in the SOTI database on the one hand and written to a sharepoint list via the Rest API data connection rule on the other hand.- From the sharepoint list, an employee takes the data from the different devices for further processing. I am grateful for any tips, because at the moment I cannot find a solution to connect the Rest API of the sharepoint server. Google/Youtube support did not bring any results either. Many thanks in advance!
