Hey, 

you can do it via Zebra Oem config app.

You find the relevant setting here: General UI Configuration -> Touch Mode -> Glove or Finger

Alternatively you can provide an XML file (can be created by StageNow) to the device with the relevant setting.

To configure Glove and Finger mode on Zebra devices, the touch mode settings can be applied using an .xml file or a QR code, both of which can be generated using StageNow, Zebra’s configuration tool.
