Deploy Kiosk/Lockdown without server connection

Hi,

We are in charge of preparing equipment for one of our customers. The Soti console is a "On Premise" version. Our configuration service therefore don't have access to the customer's network during preparation. We deliver the devices directly to the end user and we would like the device to be delivered with the kiosk or lockdown. Can we load the kiosk onto a device by copying files without establishing a communication with the console?

Unfortunately, we cannot apply lockdown/kiosk without accessing the Web console.

You may want to consider using a cloud based instance of SOTI MC so that the devices can be managed throughout their usage. All you will need is network access to the cloud server once the device is at the customer site. If they don't have a network on site then you may be limited on options depending on the OEM.
