I have tried to find these details, but I could not.
Can anybody tell me when SOTI Assist will be EOL and whether SOTI XSight is the replacement for it?

Thanks for posting on SOTI Pulse and thanks Rafael and Raymond for responding to the post.
There is no official announcement yet for SOTI Assist End of Life.
You can refer to the link below for more information about EOL from SOTI.
As Raymond mentioned, there is a SOTI Sync event end of this year, there might be some official announcement for Assist.

Thank you for your response, I am in the middle of liaising with SOTI to install XSight on our SOTI server and trial it, but I have been told by SOTI representative that SOTI Assist EOL will be next year, however, as I have mentioned earlier, I was struggling to find confirmation about it.
Please correct me if I am wrong, but last SOT Assist release is from 2021 and I don't believe there is any newer version of it, hence I am not sure whether SOTI Assist will be supported further or XSight is improved replacement for it.

I was told about a year ago by Soti management and sales team that Soti Assist will be EOL some time this year or early next year. However, there is still no official announcement in the related support page at

Please note that if you only need basic remote-control session, you don't need paid Soti-Assist, which also provides some incident management and some better GUI/interaction while using remote-control.
Soti Xsight, on the other hand, provides advanced operational analytics on top of the remote-control capabilities currently offered by Soti-Assist. Please also note that Xsight and Soti Assist have very different pricing level and model.
And for both you don't have to pay in addition if you just want to have the Remote control functionality but in XSight are some additional functionalitys (like screen drawing etc.) in RC which (currently) would need a license to be available.
We had some discussion about some of those features (like screen recording (without users voice)) available for free via legacy remote but needs (currently) a XSight license with Soti. Not sure if they may rethink about those features which are already available via legacy for free to make them available without XSight license as well but i hope so (would be fair).
And i think legacy RC will be EOL also at some point but same as Soti Assist it's not announced yet as far as i know.
