Hi Ben,
It is possible to upgrade your MobiControl instance from version 12.4.0 to version 13.2 but you will need to follow the upgrade path to ensure the necessary changes are made in the backend during the upgrade.
You can find the upgrade path below but in the future feel free to contact support for the upgrade path and the necessary installer files to complete the upgrade.
Upgrade Path:
1) Upgrade the version of 12.4.0 you are currently on to 12.4.0.31047 (latest MR for 12.4)
2) Upgrade to version 13.2 (latest MR)
