Have you looked at the Configurations tab within a Profile? There are a lot of different natively exposed settings through configurations like Feature Control. The scripting that we often mention here on the forum is usually for what falls outside of the natively exposed options within MobiControl. 

For sure and let's take a look on your example: Most of it is only "user is able to" or "user isn't able to" but not for example "screen time out = x minutes" (or maybe off) etc.

What settings options can be configured with MDM is dependent on the firmware of each device, which MDM vendors such as Soti have no say on what is included and how it should be done in a standard way.

With Android Enterprise platform, Google has been defining some standard API's recently, and maybe in future releases of Android 11/12 or later some such standard API's are mandatory for compliance as required by Google.  Until then, another promising general framework to configure various settings options is the OEMconfig compliant app released by different OEM device brands to support their own devices.  Soti's Mobicontrol, like many other big MDM vendor's solutions, already support OEMconfig app under the more general AppConfig framework in its App-Catalog rule.

Please use the Feature Control profile configuration to disable device features. You can enable/disable features such as the camera, microphone, screen capture, and many more.

I know about feature control but there's no possibility to disable these features!

It's only possible to disable fingerprint to be used for locking device but not to save fingerprints on the device.

Same to Wifi Share: You can disable Wifi Settings complete (which we don't want) but we have to disable Wifi share (wifi shouldn't be shared because password is shown in clear text, shouldn't be shared generally because of an internal network and in QR the passwortd is shared in cleartext too). But it would be nice if the user could setup an own Wifi when problems appear.
