Hello,
There are some customers complaining to me about the wifi connection between devices, how can I collect data remotely and check directly on SOTI MobiControl without needing to operate the device directly, some information such as: network speed, remote device ping test (or similar) ...
I only see items: Network RSSI, Network SSID, it did not help me much in checking the wifi connection between devices.

For the items you mentions, you probably need to find or build third-party app to regularly collect data and write/export the results to ini/xml files, which can then be collected as "custom data" via MobiControl data collection rule(s).

On top of what Raymond has mentioned, I suggest you file a Feature Request via support@soti.net. We can then track this internally and evaluate the possibility of a feature tackling this use case in the future.
