On a TC52 enrolled as Android Enterprise in Device Owner mode how do I enable ADB debugging for development and troubleshooting? It is turned on within the UI. Settings > System > Developer Options > USB debugging.

I have also tried using the MX USB Manager to turn on

UsbModuleUsage" value="1" />
UsbADBUsage" value="1" />
UsbAllAccessDeviceStorageUsage" value="1" />

When I plug the the TC52 into my PC there is no acknowledgement and using the adb devices command shows no devices connected.

Thanks for your time.

Have you connected other Zebra Android devices via ADB before? Have you installed the Zebra Android device driver?

Hi Matt, Yes, I connect devices via adb all the time. Usually before enrollment. Shawn

Do you have a Feature Control profile applied? Are you using a lockdown utility? If so, EHS or the SOTI Lockdown? If SOTI Lockdown are you using the AE Kiosk mode or legacy Activity suppression?

My initial guess is that you may need a Feature Control profile to re-enable the USB access.

Hi Shawn

Are you still facing issues for enabling ADB debugging for development and troubleshooting after applying the Feature control?
