Hi all,
Is there a way of clearing files on a tablet without physically going into them? Is there a script that can be used which would clear soti download files using the scheduled task?
On Android 10 device , you should be able to use the script
del %sdcard%/Download/*
to remove all files under the Download directory (but NOT recursively to any sub-directory) in the internal Flash file-system (i.e. NOT on the external SD-Card as suggested by the name of the macro).
Just to add: If you want to execute this script regulary you can (depending on your Mobicontrol Version) do this via Task profile on regular base.
Depending on the Android version running on your tablet and the location of the file you want to delete, MobiControl has the usual "del" script command to delete file if if has the file write permission for the folder holding the file.
