The intention is to have a Corporate Personal Profile - which Soti have described to me as being essentially the opposite of a Work Profile. So, instead of a personal device with a work profile, I should have a company-managed device with a personal profile also available to the user.

I enrolled using "FULLY_MANAGED_DEVICE" and have had 2 different experiences with 2 different phones.

Phone 1 (Ulefone Armor X7, Android 10) - there's no obvious sign of 2 separate profiles, but all of the work apps are present (with a briefcase icon) and there are 2 versions of Play Store (one with briefcase and one without). So it feels like I have work apps and the availability of personal apps, but they don't appear in 2 separate profiles (as would be the case with a work profile).

Phone 2 (Honor RMO-NX1, Android 12) - I used the same enrolment policy as the above, but it appears to have enrolled the phone as fully managed, without any kind of profile separation. The device has enrolled into the correct group, but the Corporate Personal Profile has not installed, and will not install. I think that this device may not be compatible with the corporate personal profile mode, though I don't know how to find out for sure.

The docs are pretty light on these work/personal profile modes, and I've used vast amounts of time so far on discovering things by trial and error. For example, you can't reliably install an in-house app into a work profile because the install notification is hidden, so the user never knows when an update is trying to install.

If anyone has any experience of using a Corporate Personal Profile then I'd be very grateful for any feedback or assistance.
