How to determine what network restricitons is making install fail

Greetings,

How can I determ what network restriction is making the install of a plugin fail?

This is what i see in the DS logs:

KAS001,

How is your device connected, AE or Classic and how the plugin is being pushed to the devices?

if it is being pushed via file sync and device is connected by a cradle/ethernet

not having LAN here could cause the issue
