Hello Elouizi,

To toggle adaptive brightness and set a preferred brightness please use settings manager under profiles.
Toggle adaptive brightness and then turn on brightness to set to a preferred brightness. Please try and update results.

Also, the other method to achieve this is by sending script. You can try sending the below script to the device in legacy mode:

writesecuresetting -sys screen_brightness 128

(This should set the brightness to 50%. The value goes from 0 to 255)
