I never had this issue but as far as i know Datawedge comes with the OS and that's why i wonder about this error you see here.

Matt Dermody here in the community is quite familar with Zebra devices maybe he does know more about it but my first idea would be to upgrade the device to another OEM version and/or reach out to Zebra support because i haven't seen ever a possibility to get this Zebra specific system app anywhere.

Normally I would have an idea when it comes to Zebra + SOTI issues but I have never seen this particular error message on a Zebra device, and I manage a lot of Helios /SD660 family on A13. I would agree with the assessment that the next best immediate step is to upgrade some isolated test devices to the latest A13 (A13-38 currently). I went through the release notes for that version and while I don't see anything obviously correlated to the issue you're describing there have at least been a ton of fixes added in that version, even compared against A13-35.

DataWedge is a System Application (embedded into the OEM BSP OS image) so the only way to upgrade it is through an OS update. It can't be upgraded via sideload.
