When you created your profiles did you use the right Config. Did you choose Android Classic? Or Did you Choose Android Enterprise for Work Managed Devices?
Choosing the wrong one there will make them sit in Pending .
I have chosen android Plus.
Sometimes when I have chosen android enterprise, the pending installation status does not even appear.
And in the same way, the strange thing is that it is only with the profiles that contain packages.
So you never see an error? The log is clean. How did you create your package? Package Studio or drop an APK in? What else are you trying to configure on the profile? Or is it just a package push Profile?
The package created only contains one apk, and does not have an extra configuration in that profile.
I don't see any errors.
It is only a package shipping profile.
Is this only to newly enrolled devices or devices that have taken these profiles before? Is there any other profiles in the list that is pending that is before this one? I have seen where a previous profile that is assigned was stuck in pending didnt allow the next one to go.
If you take that application and put it to a profile that was installed successful on a device (I would clone the successful profile and then get a tester device) will it work then?
In this console I only had Android Enterprise computers in these the error does not happen.
There are just two computers with android plus and both present the same detail with different packages.
None can be installed.
