Mobicontrol API "add or edit relocation rule"

Hi all,

maybe I'm blind but is there any API command where i can add something to a (already existing android) relocation rule?
I already work with the API and documentation but i can't see something pointing to this. Before i create a feature request at Soti, i want to ask if someone here does know what command to use to get this done.

We are on latest Mobicontorl version (15.6.3).

Hi Rafael,

Thank you for contacting SOTI Pulse.

I have looked into this issue and you are right, from our current testing, this would not be something that we support presently to be done via API as outlined above. I would like you to create a support case (click here) or call the SOTI Support team (click here) to raise a Feature Request so that our development team can look into this further and check if it would be a viable Feature and if it will be pushed to implementation. Please keep in mind that this would not be an instant resolution as SOTI Product Team have to work internally with different departments to get this added. So, this may take weeks to months to get it included in the new build if the development feels that this would be feasible. Please follow the release notes of SOTI MobiControl to get an update on the improvements done on the new release; https://docs.soti.net/soti-mobicontrol/release-notes/

We may have a possible workaround that could be implemented, depending on what you wish to be added to it. Is this regarding an On-Premise installation or is it Cloud?

This may be done in the form of adding a CSV File that contains a list of what you need added in or making the changes manually via the database itself. If we are to change the database, we would look for downtime so that our SME can address it or if it is an On-Premise environment, we would look to schedule a meeting with you to make the applicable changes. 

Once we have a better understanding of what you are trying to achieve, have tested and the outcomes, we will be able to look into it further. If you'd prefer to message me directly, you can email me via our open support ticket and we can look into it further accordingly. We can open a new ticket once we know the next steps.

Thanks for your answer.

Ok, then I'll raise a feature request when possible. 
I know about the way to do this via csv file(s) but we would need this via api to automate things for regular work to be done as easy as possible.
