As script and scheduled script profile are currently not supported for iOS/iPADOS devices, the best way to achieve what you want is likely to use MobiControl RESTful API calls with a programming language/framework of your own choice. HTML-based documentation on syntaxes of supported API calls specific to your MobiControl server version can be found on your MobiControl server. Your chosen programming language/environment should of course supports timer function and REST API call.
