Certificate renewal not working as expected

Running Soti v14.4.0.4857

I have a certificate authority configured with a template and all is working fine for initial enrollment on my iPads (iOS v12.3.1). The issue I am running into is that auto renewal is not working. I have the following options checked in the template:

- Remove old certificates

- Use auto renewal

- Days before auto renewal: 2

For testing purposes I lowered the validity period of my certificate to three days. 

Beyond the certificate not auto renewing, it seems as though I cannot manually renew it from the Security tab of the device - the option to revoke and/or renew are not there. Note that the option to revoke and/or renew had been visible in the past as well as the information under the Template and Intended Purposes columns.

Ideas?

Hello Dennis, 

Do you have many devices enrolled?  This could be an issue if the certificate expires before being renewed.  

In circumstances like these, I would suggest opening a case in Support so we can assist you right away.

Hi Dennis,

Did you hear anything about this? We are facing similar issues where old certificate still stays on the device after successful renewal.
