Kindly provide more information from where exactly you are trying to see device side logs and share the screenshot if possible of that section.

I am assuming you might be seeing Device logs  available in the Device Information panel. They include logs regarding device and system events for that device within the past 24 hours so kindly verify.

Secondly if you can confirm about this issue happening on all  android plus devices if not then kindly try to share OS version of device having issue

In last , let me know if you have tried to test by reenrolling device or not if not you can try to do that on a single device.
