I need your support on a matter.
Is it possible to see the name of the Zebra printer that the TC15 device is connected to via Bluetooth in the SOTI MobiControl console? I saw that this information is supported in the documentation; however, I could not see any information about the connected device in the console.
Is there a different setting or method that I should check for this?

No, i think the information you are pointing to is really supported only by a Zebra printer, so if the maneged device you look at, is the printer itself but not if it's a device connected to a Zebra printer.
