I doubt if there is any.  Maybe others can give you some tips or workarounds.

Actually, in earlier MobiControl versions (possibly v13 or earlier), device names had to be unique and were enforced by MobiControl when device-renaming or device-addition actions were requested.  Personally, I think it is good to keep it that way, and I can't think of any good reasons why duplicate name should be allowed in the more recent MobiControl versions.  

You could run reports and then check your data for duplicates that way, but with the standard filter in mobicontrol i think its not possible.

i.e.:

Go to Device Reports (Flat View) -> Device Information -> Excel

Unfortunately we do not have an option to filter the Duplicate device names, instead you can opt for 'contains' if you know any part of the device name to display the list of devices with similar names.

Also, you can arrange the device names alphabetically on the web-console to find the duplicates manually:
