Could you please confirm the Knox version and the OS version of the device?

Also, kindly try following this article and check if the policy is being applied on the device:

If the steps are passed and the policy is applied, then from the MobiControl side, this is what we can assist with. However, if it’s still not working, it’s possible that certain models may not support this feature, and it would be best to reach out to Samsung support for further assistance.

Hi David,

You need to apply it via the Profiles section, not the APP section (Keep the config in the app turned off)

This is how I got it to work for my Samsung device

Profiles > Add Profile
Select Android > Work Managed
In the Configurations section select OEMConfig > Samsung

Configure it in there, then apply it to the device.

This worked for me, all settings applied successfully.
