At the moment we do not have a SOTI Surf option for Windows Mobile devices. As a partial workaround, I would suggest configuring a Lockdown Menu Template and try to add the URL you want to access on the Lockdown: Lockdown Menu Templates (soti.net)

Besides IE, I am sure there are other browsers available online, although I cannot confirm their performance.

In the meantime, we could raise this as a Feature Request if SOTI Surf would be beneficial for you? If so, kindly contact SOTI Support (support@soti.net) with the details of your request to create a new case and one of our agents will be happy to help.
