Different device platforms, device brand/models and firmware versions have different feature control options supported. 

You can force devices to use GPS at all time only for devices supporting such feature-control option in Android+ and Android-Enterprise device-owner/managed-device mode.

Other device platforms (iOS, Windows, etc.)  do not seem to support this option due to privacy concern.

I have "Enforce GPS Availability" checked.

The "Location Accuracy" feature shown here: https://discussions.soti.net/thread/script-for-turning-on-gps-location-service/ is not available in my Feature Control.

Do you have Zebra Android devices? If your version of SOTI doesn't have the Location Accuracy option in Feature Control then you could explore leveraging MX instead:

As of today,  "Enforce GPS Availability" option is available only in Android+ feature-control profile payload., and "Location Accuracy"  option is available only in Android Enterprise feature-control profile payload.

If you have "Enforce GPS Availability" checked and the profile deployed successfully onto your target Android+ device, you can check whether you can toggle GPS hardware off to confirm if the option is supported on your device.
