We want to disable logging into Apple ID on our devices to prevent them being bricked to an Apple ID when a user leaves. We install all of our apps using Mobi Control so it is not needed. Is this possible?

In particular, were you referring to unmanaged "personal" Apple ID when you mentioned "Apple ID"?
What did you mean by "bricking device to an Apple ID when a user leaves"?
i think what he means is that a user assignes a device to their private apple id so it's protected and without being removed and wiped by the user, it can't be reset by the company.
I think I've found the answer. There is an option to Allow Account Modification. I need to do further testing but I think I just need to disable that.
