I would like to inform you that as of now we do not have any script to force package re-installation via script it can only be done through console. However, you can try re-assigning a package to all the device/device groups that may serve your purpose. I would like you to create a support case(click here) or call SOTI Support team(click here) to raise a Feature Request to have a feature for force package re-installation via console or script on multiple devices simultaneously.
