Hi,
We have reinstalled the soti software with the newest version on the same machine.
Now the software is complaining that the key has allready been activated on another machine:
Product activation failed: This registration code has already been activated on another computer.
Please help.

For production license, you can send an e-mail to Soti support team and request them to reset your license reg-code. After that, you can use the same reg code to activate your new server instance.
