Configure Date / Time, language and country on Datalogic Skorpio X3, X4 and X5

Hi, I'm a new SOTI user.
I am doing tests to manage our Datalogic Skorpio X3 (Windows CE 6), X4 (Windows CE 7) and X5 (Android) PDAs in SOTI.

The wifi network to which the PDAs are connected is closed and has access only to a production server, the DC and the Soti Cloud server.
I found how to get the date / time from the NTP (DC) server unfortunately by default the PDAs are in the US zone so they synchronize on the US time zone and not IT.

I have to manually go to the individual PDAs and tell them that they are in Italy and that they must use the Italian language.
Is there a way to put them in the right geographic area automatically?
