It's hard to troubleshoot this without any information.

1. Check if your account is really assigned to the admin group
2. Check if the admin group really got the permissions granted in Mobicontrol directly etc.
3. ...

It looks like you have Soti Identity configured for authentication.

Check Soti Identity user configuration. Perhaps your user is not mapped to Mobicontrol Administrators
