It's really not clear what the difference is between the data export rule and data sync. We've created a Data Export rule that uses a REST connection. However, this does not show up in Data Sources in the App manager. What is the difference? It seems that you can export data from Soti Snap to one of the many connectors but it's not treated the same and the Data Sources in the App manager.

Soti Snap Data connections are either incoming or outgoing https://soti.net/snap/help/en/data_connections/data_connections.html
Data Export rule being outgoing data to an external destination. https://soti.net/snap/help/en/data_connections/export/data_export.html
While Data Sources are incoming data to your apps https://soti.net/snap/help/en/data_connections/datasources.html
