Export rule via M365 Exchange account no longer works.

So far, I have set up export rules via mail with an Exchange Online account in various apps. These rules no longer work. When I have entered the account and smtp information, SNAP cannot successfully complete its “Test Connection” process. When I use a Google account, it works fine. Does anyone know this problem? @SOTI can't you implement a similar setup scenario for Exchange-Online as for Gmail?

Could you please share the app token of the app facing this issue? Also, when did you first notice the issue occurring?

Additionally, have there been any recent changes to your Exchange Online configuration or security policies that might be affecting SMTP authentication?

Also, when you say the records are not getting exported, could you please confirm if they are visible under 'Reports'? This will help us verify whether the records are syncing correctly from the Snap agent to the Snap server.
