I am doing "Add Data Source" work in SOTI INSIGHT, but I did not find the following information (MobiControl API Client ID & MobiControl API Secret), I tried to get information under "SOTI Identity / Application / MobiControl path. / MANAGE CREDENTIALS ", but it doesn't seem to work, please help me.

So that means running the command line: "MCadmin APCClientAdd -n: YOUR_API_Client_Name"
Applies only to the Windows Server version, not the cloud version? I will contact soti support

Did you create a new API client account with required permissions in MobiControl, and then run
MCadmin APCClientAdd -n:YOUR_API_Client_Name
in a command shelll of your MobiControl server to get your client ID and secret information? If you got your credentails for your cloud instance from a member of the Soti support team, send him/her an email directly to follow up. Should be more fruitful than posting in this forum.
