Hello,
Is it possible to stop SMS messages appearing on the iPhone? We are using activity run control so the messages app is not visible however, notifications still appear.
I've tried adding a notifications configuration but can't find the Messages bundle ID when searching: com.apple.MobileSMS

Thank you for posting on SOTI Central.
A 'Notifications' configuration should be the solution here (requires Supervision and iOS 9.3 or later); have you tried searching for "Messages" as in the screenshot below:
From here you can configure the notifications for the app, or disable them entirely.
You can also try adding a Feature Control alongside your other configurations to disable iMessage.

Thank you for the reply. I am not currently to find messages in the notifications search. We have an update to Mobicontrol planned though so perhaps it will appear after that.
