Hello,
I would like do testing on windows modern testing for our laptops since we have had issues with the windows classic agent sometimes dying on us and we can't connect to user's laptops. Is there more documentation on setting up this up in the most secure way possible. Would our DC need to be put behind a firewall to allow LDAP connections for allowed users? Is there another LDAP service we can use?

I have provided a few links to our documentation below that can assist with setting up and enabling LDAP via MobiControl with information on network configurations as well. You may also look into our network diagram tool that can assist with an ideal network configuration.
I would like to additionally inquire if you have any additional information on why the classic agents are presenting issues, are the agents disconnecting from the MobiControl server in anyway?
