My company is searching a solution that wants to block WhatsApp to send out attachment. Is it possible to do it by MobileControl?

Thank you for posting on SOTI Pulse!
Currently, we don't have an option to block attachments on Whatsapp if a managed app config isn't available. As Rafael posted above, it would be worth looking if it's possible to block whatsapp network traffic on your network for all devices.
Please see if that could be a possible solution!

Not as far as i know (no managed app config for the normal version). Check if the enterprise version of Whatsapp provides something like this maybe.
I checked the WhatsApp Business when I try to "Enable Managed App Config" nothing can set in the page.
Thus, app config was not work in WhatsApp and WhatsApp Business.
