Apps are reflecting broken on the devices when installed through mobicontrol

Hi Team,

I have pushed few applications through mobicontrol on scanners. The applications are reflecting on the scanners but not be able to use. It is reflecting as broken.

Do use a kiosk where this is shown?
Did you lookup if your apps are available looking into device details > appications in mobicontrol?

Yes, the applications are reflecting in MobiControl.

Which OS you are talking about? I assumed Android.

If it's Android: How about my first question?:

Do you use kiosk mode (screenshot looks like)?

If yes: Ensured that the correct bundle-ID is used (can be looked up in the application list mentioned before).

How are the applications being installed? If they are being installed via Managed Play in an App Policy you may still be waiting for them to be installed. The broken links on the lockdown are indicative that either the apps that you are pointed to are not currently installed on the device or the links themselves are using the incorrect bundle ID. My guess is that these apps are not yet installed on the device.

But that's what i asked him already and he said "Yes, the applications are reflecting in MobiControl."

I also pointed afterwards to the bundleId to be checked but no response yet.
