Thanks for your swift reply. Although we want to use full functions using Android+ alongwith Remote Control which is the basic requirement. The 1000 devices are enrolled in v13 but we want to use the latest V14. Pls. suggest.

What are the version and build number of your v13 Android+ agent running on your 10000 devices?  

MobiControl V14 server can in principle still work with v13.4 & v13.5  device agents.  Occasionally, some feature may break.  You have to test all the features you are using on your device with a v14 server to confirm.

The devices are using SOTI MC version 13.1 and the MC Mgmt Console is V13. We want to upgrade the Mgmt Console to V14 as well. But while registering the devices on MC Mgmt Console V14 it shows as incompatible device with no Remote Control option.

What new feature(s) of v14.x (compared to v13.x)  do not need for your production devices?

If latest v13.4 provides enough functional features (including remote control that you desperately need) for your production devices, then maybe you should consider upgrading to that for the time being. The latest v13.4  supports the new Bitdefender Antivirus engine, new Bing Map for location service, and many minor features enhancements/fixes added in latest v14.x.   I myself am still installing v13.4 for many of my new customers in the last 2 months.
