What do you mean in detail?
Unlock = like device pin, so using ad login as device unlock functionality -> not possible
Unlock = Use the login on the device so the user has his/her relevant apps etc. available? -> shared device - should be possible

it is not currently possible to use Azure AD to unlock a device. However, you can unlock devices using the Mobicontrol web console.
