it checks every 2h by default or when you send a check-in command to the device.

You can change the time by editing the group configurations for iOS under Update schedule.

By default enrolled devices check into the MobiControl deployment server for updates every 2 hours. This update schedule can be configured in the advanced configurations of the group or individual device.
