I see that you are looking for assistance with loadbalancing the MS.   Can you provided me with more details as to the challenges you are facing so that I can discuss this with other resources more experienced with your use case?

I'm surprise no one has responded yet from the community, as there are a few users who have admittedly advised they are using load balancing with MC servers. 

Nonetheless, I can inquire on the configuration stickiness and how to include the new search index in this process for you as well.
