Doesn't seem to work

I've changed the version and build number in the link but it leads to no where.

Not sure if I'm doing it correctly? 

v13.4.0.1205 is way too old.  Bitdefender antivirus/malware and many new features are not supported.  Is there any particular reason why such an old device agent be used?

Why not try newer ones such as

or

Hi guys,

We were having issues when going to certain webpages it would error saying TOO MANY REDIRECTS.

I thought it might have been an issue with the agent but turns out it was a SOTI surf setting I had enabled. Unchecking "Disable Cookies" resolved the issue.
