Sync date and time

Good morning,

I have tried to modify the sync data/time policy.

But the Android+ device don't received the modified.

I have tried with deployment server option and NTP server, but both don't works.

Why this problem?

Web console: 14.1.8.1064

Agent: 13.6.0.1366

Device model: Zebra TC20

OS device: Android 7.1.2

The policy didn't work for some time on Android Enterprise devices but I never had issues with Android+ and Zebra devices. Release notes from the OEM agent indicate this fix came at 13.6.0 Build 1257.

Is your device connected to an internal network?   Have you checked if the NTP/SNTP port 123  has been blocked by any network  firewall?

Have you tried other device agent version(s)?
