Hello,

I am unable to configure my enrollment to Preserve Device Name on Re-Enrollment even though the setting is turned on.

When I unenroll and renroll a device, it doesn't keep the name that I have setup.

Example:

• Enroll and use the %SERIALNUMBER% to name the device initially.
• Append a NAME to the SERIALNUMBER.
• Unenroll device and delete from SOTI (should I not be deleting the device if I am renrolling? Maybe this is the issue?)
• Renroll the device and the name is SERIALNUMBER and not NAME+SERIALNUMBER.
