Were there any changes done to the server like upgrade or migration?

Can you please check and confirm if the certificates(MobiControl Root Certificate & PAS Client Certificate) are still valid?

Thank you for the response, we haven't upgraded either the PAS or MobiControl, and both certificates are still valid.  This seems to be an issue with some of the devices joining, we do have 196 printers up using the PAS, so the PAS is working and communicating to MobiControl and with those printers.  It just seems to be adding any new printers where we are having the issue.
